19th C., now demolished and reconstructed as The Old Stone House, Brooklyn, mixed media on paper mounted on board, titled and signed l.r.c.; together with "South Maple Ave, Basking Ridge, NJ, circa 1879" by Dee Moramarco, oil/acrylic on canvas, signed and dated 1987 l.r.c.; and an American School oil on canvas of a city street, 19th C., appears to be unsigned
