Description
Second model Luftwaffe dagger, 10 in. blade, 15..25 in. overall. The oval pommel nut and crossguard retain excellent, crisp detail all around, with just the slightest darkening. The grip is comprised of a beautifully-aged pumpkin-yellow celluloid grip tightly wrapped in its original wire. The blade is very good overall, with only trace surface oxidation, and is well-marked with a stamped Eickhorn maker’s mark. Regrettably, no scabbard is present. Overall a very nice piece.
