Description
Beautiful, full color print dated 1984 and produced by Osborn of Cleveland to show the proposal for the new updated beer garden and lobby. It measures 15 x 28" and framed to 20 x 34.5". It shows Brewers emblem along with Packers. Milwaukee County Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Opened in 1953, it was primarily a baseball park for Major League Baseball's Milwaukee Braves and later the Milwaukee Brewers. It was also used for Green Bay Packers football games. Its final season was in 2000, when it was replaced by the adjacent Miller Park. Cannot find any mention that they ever went through with the new plans but here is an architect rendering of the proposal.
