Untitled.
Oil on canvas.
Signed in the lower right corner.
Size: 51 x 43 cm; 57 x 49 cm (frame).
He began his artistic career training as a copyist at the Prado Museum, where he studied the technique of the great masters. Throughout his career he has exhibited on numerous occasions, both nationally and internationally, including places such as Caracas, Maracaibo and Mérida, Venezuela, and the City Hall in Ottawa, Canada. His work is defined by a realistic aesthetic language, where light plays a leading role, being treated from an unreal point of view. Paco umbral defined her work as "a way, a climate, a world, a pictorial temperature, warm and distant, in which she brings to the surface a boat, a landscape, a balcony, a window, an estuary. A painter with atmosphere". Throughout her career she has harmonised her exhibition facet with illustration. In addition, she has been awarded twice, first in 1974 with the first prize in the Campo de Criptana Painting Competition and in 1997 with the 12th edition of the BMW Painting Prize 1997 First Prize.
