jungles of Burma. How he trained simple native girls to assist him;

and how he performed emergency operations during WWII when

the Japanese bombed and invaded Burma. Ultimately, Dr. Seagrave

and his patients and nurses join General Stilwell in a historic trek

through the jungle to India and safety.
