Item Details

Description

CT Ham No.3 lantern with very nice plating. One very tiny dent at the very tip of the lantern top. Clean bell bottom, bale, etc. Judging from some of the plating on the burner pot and fount, this lantern was likely restored and re-plated at some point. Miller wick raiser installed. The globe is etched in Old English with the name Chas G. Hanna. There is a note included with the lantern which indicates that Charles Hanna was the Mayor of Syracuse New York from 1926-1929. The globe is in good condition with a few very tiny rim chips, no chips, cracks or breaks. See photos for best description.
