Maker's mark H.P. 89 x 38mm, 73.76gProvenance: from the Matrix Collection of Historic Hand SealsPossibly for Frances Fawkes of Farnley, at whose death in 1792 the name and arms of Fawkes were assumed by her cousin, Walter Ramsden Beaumont Hawkesworth, whose descendants still own Farnley today. Condition Report: Hallmarks difficult to read.
