Description
The first is a white satin wedding dress, abbreviated sweetheart collar, puffy long sleeves with an extra long train of 50 inches. This lovely gown buttons all the way up the back and at the wrists. Comes with attached history of who wore it October 12, 1942 and the chapel the wedding took place in. The note confirms the original price tag was $25. Waist size 31". Fabric is strong, no stains. Dance loop in the bottom of train, worn only once. The second gown is a soft silk velvet long sleeved wedding dress with beaded caps at the sleeves. Back closure with zipper and giant bow at the back of the waist. Velvet covered buttons up the front. with a tiny peplum. Nice long train with two dance loops. Fabric in beautiful condition no stains, 26" waist. Comes with original velvet bonnet, adorned with ostrich plumes and long sheer two panel veil. Also comes with original leather sole satin ankle strap shoes with Marshall Fields original price tag still in place.
