Pair of Chinese Ming Dynasty Chenghua Blue and White Porcelain Bowls. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white and blue, the glaze is moisturized, the blue and white hair color is elegant, and the body is painted with flowers blooms, foliage, and the shape is solemn and elegant. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue ring lines. Made in The Years Chenghua Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
