Dutton, New York, 1943, first edition, ink inscribed and signed by the author to end paper, octavo, hardcover book, black cloth board with gold lettering to spine, with second printing dust jacket, in custom clamshell case. Note: Inscribed, "4-11-43 NYC. To whoever wins this book - I hope you find enough fighting in here to at least prove to Hitler that we ain't no nation of sissies. Woody Guthrie".
