20th century folk art carved wooden miniature model of the iconic Greek Revival Timothy Follett House/Pomerleau Real Estate Building at the corner of College and Battery St. Burlington, Vermont, designed by renowned architect Ammi Young and constructed in 1840, model handcrafted in 1988 by Frederick A. Brice Sr. (1917-1988) of Burlington, Vermont, with polychrome paint decorated elements 16" x 20.5" x 17.5" " -in overall excellent condition
