(4) Japanese pottery chawan tea bowls, Meiji Period or later (late 19th to 20th c.), Japan, including two square-form red glaze Shino ware bowls decorated with geometric slip designs and domed mound edging, a similar decorated grey chawan, and a Hagi ware bowl decorated with calligraphic tree branches, artist mark to underside, each in wood box, 3"hx 3"dia (smallest), 3"h x 4"dia (largest), 4"h x 4"squ (largest box)
