A Large Group of Japanese Satsuma
Meiji period (1868-1912), includes a tall finely hand painted bowl with figures gathered by a lakeside viewing Mount Fuji in the distance, scalloped rim, signed Gizan to underside together with a Shimazu clan crest (5 3/8 in., 7 1/2 in. diameter)(good estate condition), and a group of five tea cups and six saucers with artist's mark to underside (largest tea cup 2 1/4 in., largest saucer 5 1/4 in. diameter)( one small tea cup with hairline and repair to rim).
