In 1976 Marshall Fredericks cast two large scale editions from his original 1939 30" size series for the Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids, Michigan and at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
In 1976 he also cast fewer than 10 sets of which this is one according to the foundation.
Dimensions reflect tallest figure, "Mother and Child."

Provenance: Private collection, Cincinnati, Ohio passed by family descent from the collection of Herbert and Barbara Dow, Paradise Valley, Arizona; passed from family descent from Alden B. and Vada Dow, Midland, Michigan.

This lot is in overall good condition. This lot has a minor crack in the stone base of 'Temptation.' This lot has very minor abrasions on the backs of most of the figures.
