William Skilling Very Large Framed Oil on Canvas (1862-1964) American - Andalusian Horse - 54 in tall x 66 x 2 with frame
A California artist known for portrait and landscape painting, he served in World War I and then settled in San Francisco where he died on April 8, 1964. He also did copies of work by artists including Edward Hicks, Parson Fisher and Giuseppe Arcimboldo.
