The two rows of 156 natural pearls, measuring between 4.3mm - 9.0mm and graduating in size towards the centre, on a marquise-cut diamond clasp, diamond approximately 1.40 carats, clasp with French assay mark, length of shortest strand 49.0cm, Cartier pouch

Condition
Round pearls of evenly matched cream body colours with some green and rose overtones of varying intensities and medium to high lustres. A few pearls with some minor surface blemishes including pin pricks, dimples and uneven layers of growth visible under 10 X magnification. An extremely well matched graduation is presented throughout both strands in terms of colour, size, spherical shape and lustre. Diamond difficult to grade due to nature of setting but estimated SI1/2 clarity, J/K colour. Untested white metal clasp with French assay mark (dog's head) on one side of collet indicating platinum. Overall in very good condition. Gross weight approx. 41.0 grams.
