oil on glass, late 19th century, inscribed within a painted cartouche at lower center "Glaslyn / G. Lewis Master," framed.
Frame dimensions 11 3/4 x 15 3/4 in.
The Glaslyn was a wooden barque built in 1873 or 1876 by the Pembroke Dock Co-Operative Shipbuilding Co. Ltd. for Evan Jones & Co. of Cardiff, Wales.
