Semen Kazakov Moscow Russian Silver and Cloisonne Enamel Spoon. A twisted handle, ornate colorful floral cloisonne enamel decoration to the underside of the bowl and to the end of the handle. Russian silver hallmarks to the side of the handle, Anatolli Apollonovich Artsibashev assayer's mark, second Kokoshnik 1908-1926.
