War Merit Cross First Class, with Swords, in original case, 1 15/16 in. tall. with excellent detail. The solid back reverse has a stamped catch and hinge with a straight nickel-silver pin. The pin is maker marked '62' (Kerbach & Oesterhelt, Dresden) to the underside. The silver wash has been completely absorbed by the zinc. It measures 1 15/16 inches wide and tall. Cased,
