Description
Jean Garnier (French, 1853-1910). A bronze figural sculpture, produced in the style of the 19th Century French School. Titled, "La Gigue" ("The Jitter," or The Dancer), a mascot figurine modeled as a dancing male figure in sailor's costume. Incised title to base LA GIGUE. Foundry stamp and additional marks to ase verso.
Dimensions: 9 X 3 X 2.75 in.
Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear and patina. Estate fresh to the market.
