A FINE AND EXTREMELY RARE CHINESE RU-TYPE 'THREE RAMS' BULBOUS VASE Yongzheng Mark and Probably of the Period finely potted the globular body supported upon a flared foot and rising to a thick waisted neck with flared mouth encircled by two double raised fillets around the body and another at the base of the neck applied with three rams head at the shoulders covered overall with a pale blue glaze. 33 cm x 20 cm. Provenance: Private UK Residence consigned with several 17th/18th century Chinese Export pieces amongst other items European items collected principally in the 1970s and 1980s by the current vendors parents. Another Qianlong vase?with a Guan-type glaze in the Walters Art Gallery Baltimore is published in S.W. Bushell Oriental Ceramic Art London 1981 (1896) col. pl. LXXVII.
