Wool bunting, all lap handstitched, with double-appliqued cotton stars, named after, Francis Hopkinson, the Declaration of Independence signatory and Continental Congressman (delegate) from New Jersey, who apparently offered this pattern as a design for the original US Flag. 30" x 46", on cotton cord with teak toggle, possibly for use on a boat. 30" x 46", a few small holes.
