Two (2) regionalist lithographs depicting rural scenes. 1st item: John Stockton de Martelly (Missouri, Michigan, 1903-1979) lithograph titled "Ride-a-Cock-Horse" depicting a woman playing with her child in a field with farmland in the background. Signed "John S. de Martelly" in pencil, lower right. Title and information about the work attached, en verso. Housed in a simple wood frame and matted under glass. Sheet: 9 1/2" H x 12" W. Framed: 16 1/2" H x 19 3/8" W. 2nd item: Asa Cheffetz (New York/Massachusetts, 1897-1965) print titled "May Sunlight" depicting a landscape with a farmhouse. Signed "Asa Cheffetz" in pencil, lower right. Housed and matted in a wood frame under glass. Sheet: 6 1/2" H x 10 1/4" W. Framed: 15" H x 18 1/8" W.
