Item Details

Description

Ornamental antique mantel clock by Ansonia Clock Co. (New York). Brass body with front and rear glass doors and two glass side panels. Ornate dore bronze corner brackets to top and bottom, with scrolling and foliate motifs, on four scrolling feet. Surmounted by an elaborate oil lamp form finial. No apparent signature. Comes with key.

Dimensions: 15 X 7.5 X 6.5 in.

Condition: Good to fair antique condition, having aged related wear, surface patina and gilt loss in areas. The clock is being sold in untested condition and may require service, parts and or repair. Estate fresh to the market.
