Three Liverpool (John Pennington) creamjugs and a Seth Pennington jug, circa 1780-90
Comprising two jugs of plain helmet shape with 'biting snake' handles, both painted with formal coloured flowers in the New Hall manner, 10cm high, the other two jugs both of pear shape on wide circular feet, the sides moulded with flowers in relief, one by John Pennington with blue painted sprigs, the other by Seth Pennington with transfer printed sprigs in blue, 11cm and 11.5cm high (4)
