Circa 1755
Molded after the Gotzkowsky decor at Meissen, the center with a ribbon-tied wreath of flowers, the paneled border with similar flowers on the longer panels, the center hand painted in the Kakiemon palette with two quail, the border with prunus and flower sprays, within an upturned dark iron-red line rim. Diameter 9 1/2 inches (24.1 cm).
