Description
A set of two antique porcelain cabinet plates. The lot includes a late 19th century fully hand painted porcelain plate depicting a portrait of a young lady to the center, signed: Dalgleish lower right and decorated with an impressive brown border with embossed gold floral patterns. Unmarked. And the Imperial Crown China, Austria porcelain plate features a decal image with hand painted details and depicts a Neoclassical scene with goddess Diana accompanied by three cherubs in the center. The elaborate crimson border is decorated with gold motifs and floral cartouches in the Sevres style. Dated from the late 19th to the early 20th century. Marked on the bottom.
