This plate is from the tenth series of collection plates Russian Fairy Tales, produced for the first time in the USSR. Inscribed and dated in Russian on the reverse; A Palekh plate No. 6673A hand-painted by the artist Oleg An based on the poem by A.S. Pushkin The tale of the priest and his worker Balda, 1989. This plate is from the seventh series of collection plates Russian Fairy Tales, produced for the first time in the USSR.
