Two ancient Roman iridescent glass objects, from 1st-3rd centuries A.D., including a Roman Imperial "lapis" glass bucket handle with molded ribbing, on a custom acrylic mount [5 1/2" H x 3 3/4" W x 1 1/2" D], and a footed plate [7 1/2" Diam.] with acrylic stand. Purchased from Antiquarium, Ltd., NYC. Provenance: Estate of June Hirsch Jones. No chips; flaking.
