Very scarce early issue of one of the defining publications of the early mimeo revolution. Beatitude published many poets not considered acceptable by the established publishers of the era, many for the first time. Although the first incarnation of the magazine only published 17 issues, it has resurfaced in various formats over the years, and has had a lasting impact on the Beat literary movement nationally.
