Description
Carved Roman style statue composed of a variety of specimens of white, rouge, and green marbles. The statue depicts a female embodiment of either the Roman allegory for Fertility or a Priestess to the Roman God Bacchus. She is holding bunches of grapes in her hands while also adorned with a woven crown of grapes which are symbols of fertility in Ancient Rome and Greece. Please note of wear consistent with age including patina to the marble that comes with age. The statue measures 21"W x 14"D x 65"H.
