ASSORTED MAUCHLINE WARE SEWING KITS, LOT OF FOUR, egg forms, comprising three examples with transfer souvenir decoration, each interior fitted with a spool reel, needle case and thimble, examples consisting of Washington's Headquarters, The Nave, Crystal Palace from the Great Exhibition, 1851, and Treasury Street, St. Augustine, FL; and a fernware example. Thimbles include an unmarked Dorcas with an overall flower pattern, a sterling silver example, and a brass example. Total weight of silver thimble: 0.070 ozt. Each retains collection number sticker and detailed collection card. Fourth quarter 19th century. 2 1/4" to 2 3/4" HOA.

Very good overall condition with expected wear, Treasury street with a light crack to one half, Fernware example lacking interior sewing kit; thimbles in very good condition with expected wear.
