Description

BRASS HANGING SABBATH LAMP CIRCA MID 17TH C.
A trefoil with horseshoe arch with articulated scalloped escutcheon plate above with stippled initials "MML" on the plate. Crown shaped top sits atop a heavy stem with three bulbous turnings and six spouted oil font below. Heavy drop pan hooks onto a flange with hole at the bottom. Mild wear consistent with age.
