Description
An antique engraved print titled The Old Clothes Market, A Scene in Richmond, VA. Issued 1870, Every Saturday: An Illustrated Journal of Choice Reading. It is an original pictorial sheet extracted from a scarce 19th century illustrated popular periodical. Two antique engravings from the Moonshine magazine titled Take him away! and Harper’s Weekly, a New York based newspaper in the last half of the nineteenth and early twentieth century. Also includes an engraving titled Gallant charge of the Seventeenth, Forty-Eighth and Forty-Ninth Regiments of Illinois Volunteers, led by Colonel Morrison on the outworks of Fort Donelson, February 13th, 1862.
