Carnet de cheques de la Commerzbank de Munich. Couverture totalement noircie par les flammes et la suie. Le carnet est complet, sauf deux cheques NÂ° 926 et 927 . Mention manuscrite sur la deuxieme page de couverture indiquant les sommes 176.254,68 DM et 100.000 DM , les dates tous deux du 14 avril et les destinataires Commerzbank pour les 176.000 DM et Institut economique des deux cheques manquants. Traces de pliures, manques et nombreuses brÃ»lures. Format 10,5x16 cm. Ces documents ont ete recuperes par le capitaine Michel Leroy dans le bunker dâ€™Hitler a Berlin ou il etait entre en fraude en novembre 1945. Ces archives se trouvaient sur la table du bureau personnel de Martin Bormann. Lâ€™histoire de leur decouverte a donne lieu a un documentaire sur la chaine RMC en 2019 intitule Fuhrerbunker, les dernieres archives et la publication dâ€™un livre, traduit en trois langues Les dernieres archives du Bunker par Paul Villatoux et Xavier Aiolfi aux editions Memorabilia. Cheque book of the Commerzbank of Munich. Cover totally blackened by flames and soot. The cheque book is complete, except for two cheques (N 926 and 927). Handwritten note on the second page of the cover indicating the sums (176.254, 68 DM and 100.000 DM), the dates (both of the 14th April) and the recipients (Commerzbank for the 176.000 DM and the Economic Institute for the two missing cheques.) Walter Wenck (1900-1982) was the youngest general in the German army. Slight creasing, missing elements and numerous burn marks. Format 10.5 x 16 cm. These documents were salvaged by Captain Michel Leroy from Hitlerâ€™s bunker in Berlin, where he had secretly entered in November 1945. These archives were found on Martin Bormannâ€™s personal desk. The story of their discovery was the subject of a documentary on the RMC channel in 2019 entitled Fuhrerbunker, the Final Archives and also the subject of a book The Final Archives of the Fuhrerbunker by Paul Villatoux and Xavier Aiolfi published by Memorabilia and which has been translated into three languages.
