For your consideration are (3) vintage Taxco Mexican sterling silver picture frames. These frames are hand-wrought and contain beautiful floral and colonial motif. One of the frames is undecorated sterling silver. The frame with the daisy-like flowers is marked "950" and has a very nice mahogany backing. This frame measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/2" with the picture view window measuring 7 3/8" x 5 1/2". The second, and largest, frame has a more "Mexican Colonial" motif with flowers and period flourishes. This frame is marked with a maker's mark and as "900" silver with a solid stained wood backing. This frame measures 12 1/8" x 10 3/4" with the picture view window measuring 8 1/8" x 6 7/8". The final frame is a classic, undecorated sterling frame with a very nice stained wood backing. The frame is marked "MS-78 / Plata 925" (Possibly from the Sanborn's taller). This frame measures 10 1/2" x 8 1/4" with the picture view window measuring 8 1/4" x 6". Lot weighs 4 pounds 11 ounces.

Items are in excellent condition with no breaks, missing pieces or repair. The only exception is the largest frame has a couple of silver losses at its lower corners. We have not polished these offerings and will leave that to the discretion and expertise of the winning bidder.
