For your consideration are near pair of (2) sterling silver trophies. These elaborate trophies have exaggerated handles with floral designs and a beautiful 'live edge' on the upper rim of each cup that is decorated with bunches flowers and period flourishes. At one time, these trophies were likely weighted but their weighted portions have been removed. When this was done, their maker's marks were likely removed as well. No markings noted on these cups but they have tested positively for sterling silver. The larger cup measures 8 1/4" from handle to handle and is 5" in height. The smaller trophy measures 8" from handle to handle and is 3 5/8" in height. Neither trophy is monogrammed or inscribed. Based on design, these trophies are likely from the 1st half of the 20th Century. The trophies weigh 264 grams.

Items are in excellent condition with no damage, breaks, heavy wear or repair. Trophies may have been weighted at one time, but this weight (usually sand or concrete) has been removed and they are literally hollowware pieces now.
