Frame: 46 1/4 x 33 1/4 x 1 3/4 in.

In overall poor to fair condition. The painting suffers from a severe flaking issue juding from the losses upper center (chimney), enter (facade), upper right (sky), bottom center (dark awning), bottom left (shop window and nearby man in suit) as well at bottom right on the green facade. No evidence of restoration as seen under UV light (the green used for the signature and the highlights of the building is fluorescing, but this is due to pigments).
