Potted with a large cylindrical vessel, jar shape, square globular belly heavy on shoulder, round on each corner, square mouth rim, short neck, and raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in red base color which contrast against yellow fine color, depicted of imperial five claws dragon flying careening through cumulus clouds above thrashing Li-shui waves. The glaze has smooth texture and moisturizing, glossy quality. Which attracting unceasingly admiration.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years JiaJing Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
