Description

Rare original cut-out models of the German Panzerkampfwagen Tiger (Tiger Tank). There are three sheets for this model. These so called â€˜ModellbaubÃ¶gen des OKWâ€™ were made by Dr. M. Matthiesen Verlages in Berlin and were to be circulated within the Wehrmacht only, as training material. They were published by order of the KorpsfÃ¼hrer of the NS-Fliegerkorps (NSFK) and again, these were unavailable for the ordinary German to purchase. Some of them were reprinted after the war but originals like this set are very hard to find. The sheets are 700 x 500mm or 27-1/2 x 19-3/4 inches.
