Condition
The overall condition is good with the following:
Split/Separated Seams:
The left shoulder has some missing stitches near the neckline. The skirt's left side opening has a 3" section of embroidery detached from the waistband down the side.
Losses:
There is a couple of pinhead-sized holes located on each of the front sleeve caps with a 1/8" tear on the top of the left sleeve cap. There is a small hole on the front left neckline.
Fading/Color Change:
The top has some negligible darkening across the upper chest and on the back right hip of the skirt.
Repairs/Alterations:
The top has some stitch holes at the shoulders which suggest the neckline and shoulders have been altered. The holes mentioned above are within those original stitch lines. The skirt waist has been altered, likely shortened, which has caused the label in the waist band to become obscured.
Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. All other condition issues are stated above. To request additional working condition photos, please contact us directly with the lot number. Condition is a matter of opinion of the evaluator and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Clients must review and agree to the Conditions of Sale before participating in an auction.
