This is a great collection of 3 books documenting the history of New York City: "History of New York from the Discovery to Present Day" by, WM. L. Stone, published in 1868, "New York: A Historical Sketch of the Rise and Progress of the Metropolitan City of America" by, Daniel Curry, published in 1853, and "New York in a Nutshell, or Visitor's Guide to the City" by, Fredrick Saunders, published in 1853. There are beautiful illustrations throughout the books and a fold out map of NYC in one.

Dimensions for largest book are 9.25 in h x 6 in w x 1.25 in d and the dimensions for smallest book are 6.25 in h x 4 in w x .75 in d. Condition is good. There is wear and discoloration on all of the books. Foxing throughout. Weak or missing spines. Where there was a pressed leaf and newspaper clipping caused discoloration to those pages.
