Late Period, 664-332 BC. A sub-rectangular fragment of an unfinished limestone relief, bearing a carving of a standing male figure advancing right, detailing to the face, handwritten note on reverse reading 'LaBa VI 10 116'. 325 grams, 16cm (6 1/4"). Property of a London gentleman; ex Marc Labarbe, Toulouse, France; formerly in an old French collection.
