Andrew Wyeth (American, 1917 - 2009), two copies of "The Four Seasons" (one incomplete) and one "Ten Color Reproductions...", the first "The Four Seasons" portfolio, 1963 reproducing 12 works by the artist (after drawings and watercolors), Ed: 500 (stated), this portfolio inscribed on interior cover sheet "508/508", [Spurious? DOUBLE CHECK INSCRIPTION] with blue ink, signed on same cover sheet with black ink by the artist; portfolio has cloth backed linen boards, contents loose but sized to slip case, cover box split at two corners; published by Art in America with forward / preface by Lloyd Goodrich, then Director of Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; 19 1/4" x 15 3/4" x 3/4"; the second "The Four Seasons" portfolio, incomplete, reproducing eight of twelve works by the artist, portfolio has cloth backed linen boards, lacking slip case, cover sheet inserted loose, no artist signature, 17 1/4" x 13 3/4" x 3/8"; along with "Ten Color Reproductions of Paintings by Andrew Wyeth", off-set lithographs, 1956, an incomplete set containing numbers 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10 only, with cover and title sheets for listed prints, ed: 250, publishers ephemera separate but with original Wyeth signature and indicated as copy 24 of 250, published by the Triton Press, New York, with boarded linen slipcase, in good, clean condition, 27" x 20 3/4" x 1".
