Description

Armspear No. 3 Louisville and Nashville Double Guard Lantern w/ Red Cast Globe Top embossed with Armspear Man'f'g' Co. The shoulder is embossed with L&N RR. Drop out burner pot is missing the wheel on the wick raiser. Extended base globe is cast with L&N RR in a rectangular panel. The globe measures 5 3/8" tall and has Macbeth No. 220 Pearl Glass near the top rim. Both rims are very clean with only a few notable tiny chips. The body has been clear coated and the shoulder has a split near the hinge which has been repaired. Last patent date on the lantern is May 28. 95.
