Description
For your consideration is an American coin silver spoon by Jospeh Draper. Spoon marked J. Draper in cut-cornered rectangle (Joseph Draper, working Wilmington, Delaware, circa 1816-1832, and Cincinnati, Ohio and Hopkinsville, Kentucky, circa 1832-1856). Downturned fiddle handles, pointed fins, script monogram 'W". Spoon measures 5 3/4" in length and weighs 1/2 of an ounce.
Provenance: From the private collection of an antiques dealer in Kerrville, Texas.
