(12) Sheffield 11" Chargers by Poole Silver Company

Item Details

Description

For your consideration are (12) "Sheffield" silver chargers or underplates manufactured by the Poole Silver Company of Taunton, MA. These beautiful chargers are minimal in design with a beautiful concentric ring rim detail. These plates look to have never been used before and many of them are still in their plastic sleeves and a protective felt cover. The backsides of the chargers are clearly marked "PS&Co", "NS", "Sheffield", "11" and "9026". The entire set of (12) chargers weigh 14 pounds, 7 ounces.

Provenance: From the private collection of Katherine McPherson of Olmos Park, Texas.
