King', 1 page, dated Oct. 25, (no year), New York, to an unknown general regarding the release of a prisoner from Fort Delaware. In part: '...W. Bowes, a resident of this city and a gentleman, worthy of trust and confidence, is anxious to procure the liberation of an apprentice of his now confined as a prisoner of war in Fort Delaware. W.
