Description
A lot of 4 Ban Chiang ceramic vessels, Thailand, early period, c. 2100 - 900 BC, and a heavy plain-ware cooking pot, 4 x 7 3/4 in (10.2 x 19.7 cm), a nice, red-slipped pedestal bowl with grooves sides, 3 1/2 x 7 in (8.9 x 17.8 cm), a large red-ware jar, with flared mouth and foot, H: 6 in (15.2 cm), and a grey-ware cooking pot blackened from use, 3 3/4 x 4 3/4 in (9.5 x 12.1 cm). A good mixed group! Ex Orange County private collection.
