A SÈVRES STYLE ORMOLU MOUNTED AND FLORAL PAINTED PINK GROUND PORCELAIN VASE LAMP, MID 19TH CENTURY, of ovoid form and a flaring circular neck of long acanthus leaves cast in relief, above a short mille raies patterned collar flanked by nicely detailed split swirling acanthus leaf handles ending on a pink ground body, with sides centering stylized heart-shaped reserves of beautifully painted infant boy and girl cherubs wearing billowing robes amidst puffy clouds and one holding a floral garland while the other sits on a quiver of arrows, reversing to a blossoming and fruiting bouquet within delicate parcel-gilt "C" scrolls and trellis borders within sides of molded tall acanthus highlighted with gilt details, over a circular long leaf modeled socle flaring to a laurel wreath and raised on a square form plinth with oak leaf spandrels in relief, fitted for electricity. height: 16 1/4", with electrical fitting: height 21 1/2", width: 6 1/2", depth: 6".

Good condition with expected lightly worn areas of gilt bronze, worn areas of parcel-gilt reserve borders, small hairline under bouquet, one mount slightly loose, and normal surface buildup throughout.
